Description
SATB Choir. Composed using melodic and harmonic fragments of William Croft's and Henry Purcell's Burial Sentences, these two settings are eminently useful for small and large choirs alike. The Nunc dimittis pairs beautifully with the Croft/Purcell for funerals and the two canticles are very effective for Evensong when less festive or "short service" settings are desirable.
