NOTE: The recording is of the Gloria, Sanctus and Fraction Anthem (and a half step higher. (Yes, this happens sometimes in our editing process.)

The Gloria (Glory to God) is included for use on Christmas Eve, although some congregations may choose to use it all season long. The Kyrie is not included on the recording.

Gloria

Glory to God in highest heav'n,
Peace to all your people given,
Almighty God, your grace abounding,
We give you glory, our praise resounding;
We worship you, and sing today,
Christ, our Hope, is on the way.

Jesus Christ, the only Son,
Lamb of God, the Blessed One;
Taking away our sin and sadness,
Turning our sorrow into gladness;
We worship you, and sing today,
Christ, our Joy, is on the way.

Jesus, you are seated there
At God's right hand, receive our prayer;
Peace is your kingdom, now and ever,
Lion and lamb lay down together;
We worship you, and sing today,
Christ, our Peace, is on the way.

For you alone are the Holy One,
Lord of Love, till ages run;
Glory to God, eternal merit,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;
We worship you, and sing today,
Christ, our Love, is on the way.

Fraction Anthem

Be known to us, Lord Jesus Christ,
in the breaking of the bread.
God of hope and God of promise,
you have prepared a banquet for us;
Come, Lord Jesus, come and cheer,
Come and make thine Advent here.
