As a customer of St. James Music Press - past or current - you know our photo-copyable books of anthems go out of print after 18 to 24 months. However many of you have changed church jobs or started with St. James Music Press just recently and have asked us for earlier volumes which were heretofore unavailable for purchase. We are offering 150 of these anthems first published in The Sewanee Composer's Project, Volumes 1 through 5; Glad Tidings; Bread of Heaven; Canons and Crotchets; and The Really, Really Useful Anthem Book, Volumes 1 and 2 on CD-ROM. If you don't have all or some of these books, here's your chance to get these anthems at a ridiculously low price.
These anthems are now available on CD in pdf (portable document file) format. And what's more, each of these files is encrypted with postscript® fonts so you print out a crisp camera-ready copy. (Laser printers work best, but ink-jet printers are just fine.) Then, as with most of the music from St. James Music Press, you, as the purchaser, have permission to make as many copies as you need.

St. James Music Press has been recording its anthems for years. Now these recordings are available to you as well. MP3 technology makes it possible to include over seven hours of recorded music on this CD. To access these files you will need to have an MP3 player installed on your computer. If you have a Windows operating system with Media Player or Real Player installed, you are all set. If not, an internet search will quickly find you a player you can download. Mac users may want to try iTunes which is available free at www.apple.com (System 9 or higher). If you are using an earlier system, another player will work just as well.

EASY TO INSTALL AND TO USE - Uses Adobe Acrobat Reader® 4 which is included on the disk. Installs and runs on Windows 95, 98, NT, and ME and Mac OS 7.5 and above.

Question: I don't have a computer. May I still buy this.
Answer: Of course you may. You just can't use it.

Question: I have a computer, but I'm not what you might call "computer literate". Will I be able to figure this out?

Answer: We think so. Every effort has been made to send this CD to the most incompetent of computer-using musicians across the country to try out. If they can use it, anyone can. If you can't...just send it back.

Permission to photocopy whatever you need (instrumental parts included, as always)
