SATB and organ. A setting of the RSCM motto, "I will sing with the spirit and also with the understanding," paired with Psalm 96:1: "O sing unto the Lord a new song; sing unto the Lord all the earth." 

Notes: A simple and effective setting which could be sung as an introit or after the enrollment of singers into a choir. Singers should take care not to force the high notes and in particular the Db in bars 9 and 16. This piece would work well with unison voices on the soprano part.
