Description

SATB Choir and optional organ. In Latin. A mystical and delicious setting that mirrors the text beautifully. Great with organ, but just as nice unaccompanied. Recorded at the 2013 Mississippi Conference on Church Music and Liturgy evensong (with the incense pot swinging...) Wonderful!

O salutaris Hostia,
Quae caeli pandis ostium:
Bella premunt hostilia,
Da robur, fer auxilium.

O saving Victim,
Who opens the door of heaven,
Our foes abound;
Give us strength, grant us aid.
