Description

In Latin. Sung this year (2011) at Christmas Eve Midnight Mass in York Minster and broadcast on BBC 4. This is a liturgical choral mass based on traditional carols (Bohemian, French, Basque, Spanish, German, English and Italian) for SATB Choir and Organ – perfect for any Advent or Christmas Service. length: 13 1/2 minutes. Version for organ, violin and oboe (St. Thomas Church in New York uses this version) is available as well as the version for organ accompaniment alone. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
The Mass includes a Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus and Benedictus, and Agnus Dei.
